Court reports are provided for all cases involving alleged clinical negligence in general dental practice.

Court reports are also provided for personal injury claims where the injury involves damage to the teeth and/or surrounding areas.

Where appropriate patients will be examined at the surgery in Cambridge.

All work carried out on the preparation of a court report is charged on an hourly basis at £140 per hour.

Court appearances are charged at £840 per day or part day.

Written answers to questions are charged on an hourly basis at £140 per hour.

Meetings of experts are charged on an hourly basis at £140 per hour.

Travel and subsistence

Expenses for travel, subsistence and accomodation are charged on a basis of 4* hotel accomodation, first class rail travel, business class air travel or by car at 38 pence per mile. Time taken for travel is charged at 50% of the above hourly rate.

Time sheets are available for all cases.

Single Joint Expert instructions are accepted.
